Negative Screen on Reboot fixed by closing Magnifier

This is the strangest problem I think I've ever had. At the beginning of my reboot, everything on the screen is negative color (i.e., talking about a photograph negative, remember them? Black is white and white is black, only in color). I get a window pop-up which is for the magnifier (I don't even know where it comes from), and when I X out of and close that window, the colors reverse and become positive. It's not a real issue, but it's annoying as heck. It may be related to another problem I've posted about a green tint on everything, found here:

Try Disabling Magnifier at startup Magnifier Starts at Startup - Enable or Disable - Windows 7 Help Forums

What you describe as Negative Screen sounds like Dark Mode. Change Default App & Windows Mode to Light or Dark Theme in Windows 10

No, it is absolutely a negative. I've tried Dark Mode/Light Mode and it does not affect this.

I checked on a Startup Manager in expert mode to see all of the startup items, and I could not identify the Magnifier. Do you know what it is called?

Look under Color Filters in Ease of Access. You somehow enabled Inverted setting.
