it has been corrupted since ver 1803 but i'll try thanks
It will give you a completely clean slate. Just follow the clean install tutorial on this site and you'll be fine. Its pretty straightforward and easy to do. It will also clean off any unnecessary bloatware that you may have on your PC-that maybe came preinstalled on your PC. If for instance its a Dell, Lenovo etc
So my files will be all gone?
Yeah..If you do a clean install. All your files will be gone. You will have to back up your personal files first to a flash drive as I do..or something similar. The advantage is it installs Windows from scratch. You will be deleting all existing partitions. Then Windows setup will recreate the partitions it requires for you. The earlier post by Spunk basically covers what you have to do. But like I said there is a Clean install tutorial on here that is very easy to follow
im not sure if i really want to do that. i mean like my errors are kinda irrelevant but one day if i get really upset i guess ill try to clean install it. thanks!

Create a system image backup onto an external HDD
I use Macrium Reflect free Macrium Software | Macrium Reflect Free
--- Create a folder on the external HDD to save your data & pictures
--- Although the system image backup includes your data & pictures, it’s a good idea to save them yourself also.
--- I do that on my monthly maintenance plan during the week before the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
Check your Windows Update status and then view your update history: are there any failures?
What is your latest Cumulative Update successfully installed entry?
Keep a list of your issues with exact descriptions, error message and/or error codes.
Do not post the list yet. When it’s time we can start addressing them in a logical troubleshooting manner.
I hope your computer is progressing along better now.

“I tried new user as suggested my Microsoft Support but it didn't work. Nobody in Microsoft Support could tell me i am running wrong version of Windows I somehow got updated it into 1809 and everything is fine now.”
Your computer specs show Windows 10 Version 1809 (OS Build 17763.404)
--- Version 1809 (OS Build 17763.404) was available on Apr 4 and to me that’s a good sign.
--- You might even be up to (OS Build 17763.437) by now as I am.
