    Stuck at infinite loop on every restart


    Hello !
    I've made a clean install of windows 10 1809 , and I've also installed all the other updates.
    But after 2-3 days , I have a strange problem.
    When I turn off / On my computer everything is ok.
    But if I restart the Pc , after the windows is loaded , at the middle of logon proces , an infinite loop start :

    Hi
    We're getting everything ready for you


    These 2 screens continue to repeat and never stops.
    I found a way to get out of this by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEl , Sign Out , and after Sign In.
    After this everything works without problem , until I want to make another Restart and the problem repeat.
    I've also created a new user and delete the old , everything is ok for 2-3 days , but after the problem appear again as I've described above.

    What can I do ?

    You might first try running the System File Checker - use Option 4 of this tutorial:

    Run SFC Command in Windows 10

    If it finds no errors, perhaps creating a new installation media with the Media Creation Tool for a clean installation would be appropriate.

    After running System File Checker , I have this message :
    Windows Resource Protection found corrupted files and successfully repaired them.
    But even after this , the problem occur again.

    With problems immediately after a clean install the best option is to perform another clean install as there are no critical files that need to be backed up.

    If you want to try to salvage the most recent clean install you can run this command:
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    If there are no problems in the results then check the sfc /scannow and see whether it does or does not find integrity violations.

    If there are still problems the next step is an in place upgrade repair.

    With the time that it takes to perform the troubleshooting steps you can perform a clean install and start fresh.
    So the clean install followed by installation of drivers then applications then windows updates > then backup image appears to be the best option.

    I've done a clean install 3 times and it's the same problem , after 2-3 days the problem that I've described above appear.

    In event viewer , Sytem Logs is full with the following error :

    The LocalUserProfile call failed with the following error :

    Do another clean install and make sure you disable sleep and hibernate - i.e set sleep and hibernate to NEVER. This is very likely to clear up your problem

    It seems that the cause of the problem were the SQL Server services.

    I have installed 2 sql Server instances as named instances , SQL server 2012 and Sql server 2016.
    If they are in Automatic mode , i have the problem that I've described, If i change to Automatic Delayed i have no problems. I have restarted several times my windows (when Sql server services are in Automatic Delayed ) and no problem at all. If I set to Automatic , the problem re-appear again.

    But i need the SQL server services in Automatic Mode.

    What can i do ?

    Can one be automatic and the other delayed start? DO you still get the errors?
    Are they conflicting with each other on startup?
