Kyh's disk: creating a bootable disk:
Here's one way using Rufus to successfully create a bootable flash drive. Many people get this wrong or make mistakes, somewhat understandably.
Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way

    Here's another way if stuck:

    Creating a bootable USB drive.

    with thanks to @NavyLCDR
To reliably make a bootable USB flash drive from an ISO file, do this:

Plug the drive into a USB port of a functioning Windows PC.

    Open a command prompt.
    Run diskpart.

Once diskpart is running, enter the following commands in sequence:

    list disk
    select disk #
    - replace # with the actual disk number of the USB flash drive
    clean
    - this will erase the selected drive, make sure it is the USB flash drive!
    create part pri
    format fs=fat32 quick
    active
    exit
    exit

    Then mount your ISO file.
(By default you can simply right click the iso file, and click Mount. However, Mount will not be available if iso files have been associated with a different program).

Copy all the files and folders from the mounted ISO file to the USB flash drive.

(If stuck you can open the iso with 7-zip, a free program).

Thank you for your technical support. I successfully booted with Kyhi's repair. All I did wrong the first time was put the iso file directly into the flash drive instead of extracting the files from the iso.

Inside of Kyhi's I was disconnected from the internet and I opened fire fox to see if the clicking problem was resolved, it was not fixed and was almost worse in Kyhi's repair than in normal windows 10 .

Zbook, when I open my computer fans run normally and I can hear my HDD buzzing a bit all that is normal. Everything is normal until I spend at least a minute in the computer running proccess and clicking around, than the problem begins. In Kyhi's the problem was instantanous.

I am currently working on my PC specs I need to instal the program to detect my exact specs first, wifi speed is >10mb/s.

Any ideas of what could possibly cause such a problem from a hardware perspective?

Use the boot rescue to test the hardware or if you are able to boot:

    HD Tune: HD Tune website
Post images in the thread for results on these tabs:
    a) Health (SMART)
    b) Benchmark
    c) Full error scan

Some computer manufacturer's have on board diagnostics.
Is the computer a desktop or notebook?
    Which manufacturer? And model?
When possible please update the system specs.

Update: I cannot download a system specs scanner, because whenever I enter a google page in microsoft edge, firefox, or google chrome it sends me back to new tab page. This also occurs in file explorer.

I currently have in my pc a 1tb HHD from WD blue, PNY 500 GB solid state drive, Deep cool tower case, EVGA gtx 1070 graphics card, asus 2170-e mother board with 2 8gb sticks of gskill ripshaw ram, my cpu is a i5 6600k 3.5gz with a TB pollish tower cooler. I also have a deep cool fan installed that came with the case.

Connected to my graphics card via a dvi to hdmi connected is a 27" hp pavilon monitor. in 1 thunder bolt usb in my mother boardd I have a razor naga 2014 and in the standard usb port in my mother board is a razer black widow.

When or if I can figure out how to instal a systems spec veiwer with my current set of troubles I will update my profile specs.

On another note, videos games on my pc function with no technical difficulty however if I alt tab for any reason I offten cant get back without closing the game via task manager. Thanks Again.

HD Tune, Speccy and HWInfo are available on Kyhi's disk. If you can use them.

Otherwise you could try finding portable versions and put them on a USB drive. E.g.
    Download Portable HD Tune 2.55

This sounds very like a hardware problem. At a gross level you could try removing any components you don't actually need for the PC to boot- e.g. your other disk, and your graphics card, and any peripherals you don't need.

I installed HD Tune via a usb from my surface pro. So far the error scans have come back negative, I will post pictures when I am finished with the other scans.

Good, that's the easy bit- and the disks I'd guess the least likely cause of your trouble.

Next the RAM check (post #10)....
