yesterday win 10 presented me with a photo album that I don't want

Yesterday Windows 10 presented me with a photo album that consisted of images that are on my hard drive.
    #1 I don't want that happening
#2 it feels a bit creepy that my computer does things with my data without permission

I believe this has happened once before and I couldn't find any post on here about it so I assume I didn't address it. Is there a way to turn that feature off?

Same thing's happened here. More than once.

I'm interested in how it was presented. Did it pop up in notifications?

If this is with the "Photos" app, you might check to see if may be from this below.

That is a bit creepy like you mentioned. I'm sorry I don't have any suggestions, but will follow this thread to see what the heck is going on.

    Thanks, Shawn

I followed your link and turned the feature off that you show how and now I will wait to see if it happens again ?? when the slideshow opened there was an option to send to OneDrive, of course, I selected "No" I have OneDrive disabled or turned off anyway so not sure if I chose yes if it would turn OneDrive back on?? Not that I would ever say yes. If Microsoft is doing thigs with our data like that God knows what else they are doing??

Very creepy !! I would have got a screenshot to show everyone but they were my personal images. If it happens again I will get a screenshot and see if I can edit it in Photoshop enough that everyone can see what it looks like without seeing my images

I just want to clarify my question of how it was presented. It just popped up after turning your computer on, or were you using an App?
