In general this may help from the Tutorial section, which you are free to browse and search. However, changes to IT managed work devices should only be undertaken by IT staff. Could be trouble otherwise...

A domain joined laptop is managed by your employer's IT. Any changes on it should be discussed and accepted by them. Advising you to work around company security policies would be irresponsible.

There are several reasons why employer's IT might not accept removing sign-in request when lid is opened. Most important is security; closing the lid often indicates user going away from the device. The employer data laptop contains needs to be secured in case an unauthorized person gets access to it.

Ah, from your original question you seemed to say you wanted to keep the password but not the lock screen.
Can I disable the screen's lock (need my passowrd)
Your above post does something different, removing the need to enter a password prompt on resuming from sleep.
