Computer randomly freezing with loud buzzing noise

First post here, and hoping to get some help.

For about a month or so now, my computer would randomly freeze with a loud buzzing noise coming from my speakers. It seems like it usually happens when I have Chrome up and watching either Twitch or YouTube. The only other thing I have up is Discord and Fortnite.

The freezes seem to happen pretty sporadically, sometimes several times a day while sometimes it won't happen for a couple of days. I can't for the life of me figure out what the issue is.

    The things I've tried:
    Turn off hardware accelerator
    Updated video card driver
    Windows Fresh Start
    Using a different browser

Any help would be tremendously appreciated.

    Hello Heize, welcome to 10F.
Things like that are usually caused by hardware faults. I would check RAM and disk(s) health as well as voltages and temperatures of CPU and GPU.

Thank you for your response. Could you tell me how to check each item you referred to?

HW Sentinel Download Hard Disk Sentinel - MajorGeeks can be used for free with some options that you don't need disabled.
Or you could find a test program for your make of HDD here: Download Hard Disk Drive (HDD) Tools Tools for Windows - MajorGeeks
For memory you could use tester built in windows and or MemTest86 - Download now! which is more thorough.
Voltages and temperatures could be followed by my favorite HWinfo HWiNFO - Download or any similar program.

Thank you for your help. I ran the tests you told me to. Could you help me read what these numbers mean and what the root cause could be?

Disk seems to have a clean bill of health but RAM shows some corruption, voltages and temps are well within limits.
How's your internet speed and specially ping ?

Internet speeds are great. I get about 120 down and 15 up. Ping is 6-10.

I have one computer with a quite similar issue and it's usually because I've gone too long before blowing the dust out of it, particularly the fan on the graphics/video adapter, the heat-sink fins get to vibrating/singing.
