screen becomes black, but desktop icons visible

Hi there, I have windows 10 home, version 1709, latest built.

My problem is that for some days now, out of a sudden the screen become black. The icons on the desktop are still there, but the icons on the taskbar are gone. I can restore everything by open the task manager and restarting windows-explorer. However, this is only a remedy, but not the solution. Any idea what it could be that creates this problem?

Go to the manufacturers Support/Download Drivers site and download the Video driver for your model.

sorry for not filling it out yet. I am new to the forum. I'll do it immediately. So, regarding my PC, I had to look it up. With Win95, XP or others I always had some programs, such as Sandra that told you all the stuff. With win10 I don't know where to look at. Anyway, this is my PC:
Aldi-PC Medion Akoya E4360 D: weitere Hardware-Ausstattung - PC-WELT
it's in German, but you can see that it has a MSI MS-7616 motherboard with Intel P55 chipset.
