Playing a game then my monitor went crazy, whats the cause?

    That card is beyond help. If it's under warranty, have it replaced. If not, try the baking method (I just use clothing iron).

    So...sounds plausable..or if you're good at soldering you could touch things up.

    Yeah, but that is not guaranteed to last long. Better save up money to buy a new one just in-case your card works after doing that method.
