I downloaded and installed all drivers from Asus and still got the same error. I uninstalled the malfunctioning driver from device manager and reinstalled it again and pointed to search for the driver to my downloads folder and still the same result

Did you get / do you have a driver disk for that board?

Out of curiosity do you have the USB cable connected from your Kraken water cooler to the motherboard's USB port? If so, did you install the drivers or software for the cooler?

Here you can see my Corsair H115i cooler since mine also uses a USB cable to control features.

Looking at your USB devices I don’t see the Kraken at all. Perhaps a missing driver?

Yes. I still have the cd/dvd that came with the motherboard.

The Kraken itself has no installer but I did install their CAM software which controls all the settings for the AIO. Also, the USB cable from the Kraken is directly connected to the mobo so I can controll the lighting mode and the fan and pump settings.

Right but what I'm saying is something like Kraken or even the company name should be showing in your USB listing and there's nothing there. Look at your image, then look at mine, note the red box

    Yours....

If that USB cable is connected to the motherboard like you said, something should be showing there. I could be wrong, but I'm betting that yellow triangle has to do with that port. Double check the cable is fully inserted and the software and drivers are installed. If so, uninstall and reinstall again. Reboot the PC. Make sure you re-boot.

We'll hold off on that for a minute.

And there's no need to go into the BIOS at this stage of the game.

Try running USB Tree Viewer - USB Device Tree Viewer - to see if you can get any more information about the device.

You do raise a good point. I'll try that later. Thanks!

Hi guys! Our internet has been (and still is) down for a couple of days now. I can only give updates on short moments the connection is back. Anyway, I tried USB Tree and here's the screenshot of it.

Also, I tried removing the micro usb that's connected to the AIO, rebooted the PC, plugged it back again then rebooted again. Still the same.
