    The event viewer displayed very frequently: Queencreek service errors.
    This Intel software I am not familiar with and maybe someone in the forum may have troubleshooted it before?
    Ordinarily we don't fix service errors unless they are related to important functions.
    For Malwarebytes it can easily be uninstalled and reinstalled to fix the 2 unexpected terminations.

    I believe that is caused from the Intel Driver Update utility. Since, Acer no longer supports the computer for future driver updates (Ex: Display driver), I installed the utility to check for out of date drivers. I also installed DriverBooster to check for out of date drivers.
