If all you data is on the 2TB and you are sure, power down the computer and disconnect the data drive. You also have key with media.

Yes on ASUS you usually enter by repeatedly clicking delete as soon as you power on.
First please confirm data is on spinner and nothing you want to keep is on SSD.

WinKey + X > Device Manager > Expand disk drives > Tell us what you have. We will know if spinner or not. Post screenshot if you like. (WinKey + Print Screen)
