Hi David, thanks for the link. It was funny to read in their thread that Microsoft says go to HP, and HP says go to Microsoft. But in the end, it's a Microsoft issue. Their update service is trying to apply an update that does not exist. The proper method to fix it is to hide the update. Very informative thread, thank you for pointing me to it.
I was to tell you that the update is not for you and that since your printer is working, you can just hide the update.
I was very much tempted to say that, but I refrained from doing that.
