    You mean that?
    134 GB+ 102 GB + 512 MB ~237 GB as C-Partition?

    Yes please.
I don't use the hard drive for storage much, I prefer cloud drives, I have a few, one of which, if you see my first post, keeps changing drive letter.

    C:\Windows\System32>
    diskpart
    sel disk 1
    sel par 3
    delete partition overide
    sel par 2
    extend
    shrink minimum=1025
    create partition primary
    format quick fs=ntfs label="Recovery"
    set id="de94bba4-06d1-4d40-a16a-bfd50179d6ac"
    gpt attributes=0x8000000000000001
    exit

    You are ready
and see the difference to Diskmanagement from post #6

The person who made up the computer for you placed a Linux-File on the old Partition 5. That was the reson why I was confused yesterday.

    Yes much cleaner now.
Its still refusing to upload images or at least says it is doing it and then just doesn't upload them. It is now failing to add attachments or at least upload them.
It says 'all unused attachments will be deleted after 1 hour' but mine are still there from years ago?
I have 12 but it won't let me delete them one at a time?

Perfect! The EFI-Partition on disk 0 Partition 1 is not a problem and is normal for example DUAL-Boot machines.

No to the other computer you have. Can you switch it on, type
    reagentc /disable
and look in the C:\Windows\System32\Recovery folder ?

Do you have 7z or Explorer++

If you want to delete Windows, yes. But I would not recommend it together with WIN and just 1 EFI Partition.
You can have anything, but if you don't know how to handle all that and how to troubleshoot you better forget it!

No I mean this computer had both windows and linux on it and I could go from one to the other as I wished which is probably why it had such odd partitions.
I have added the wim file to my other computer and copied it into my google drive which means it should appear on the drive on this computer when the google drive updates.

    OK it's arrived

    Please type
    C:\Windows\System32>
    label D: Data

You don't have a local network?

If you want Linux then use a Virtual Machine

    - - - Updated - - -
    C:\Windows\System32>
    mkdir D:\Recovery\WindowsRE
Copy it to the above directory first
    Dism /Get-ImageInfo /ImageFile:\\?\GLOBALROOT\device\harddisk0\partition2\Recovery\WindowsRE\winre.wim /index:1

    label D: Data does nothing.
I am not sure what is meant by a local network.
I have internet provided by virgin through box in my bedroom I have various items plugged into it and some items including this computer connected via wifi. There is a network drive plugged into it (a pcloud drive?) but I don't seem to be able to pick it up; on both computers. If I fiddle with it for long enough I can get it to show on this computer but lose it on the other and vice versa.
Have I lost the linux I had on this machine as there were files on it I had saved?
