Three Drives have failed in my system 3 external and one internal

I was getting errors running chkdsk /r on a external drive and i saw a post online that said try running chkdsk in safe mode so I did that, and it gave me an error message, but it included more information here is where the error occurred.

Stage 5: Looking for bad, free clusters ...
    976723399 free clusters processed.
    Free space verification is complete.
Phase duration (Free space recovery): 0.00 milliseconds.
Correcting errors in the uppercase file.
    A disk read error occurredc000000e
Insufficient disk space to fix the uppercase file.
    CHKDSK aborted.
An unspecified error occurred (6e74667363686b2e 17b4).

by the way, my windows version is 22H2 (OS Build 19045.4355)

This drive sporadically connects and disconnects in file manager. Sometimes it shows up as a RAW Partition. The drive is empty now.

here is a link to my system properties file https://1drv.ms/u/s!AnqODU59jkasgtfs...krxf4?e=0jhfrk

I have three external drives that are giving me problems specifically the 62TB SSD, 4TB SSD, and the 8TB HDD
I've had the 8TB drive for a long time, but I just recently got the 62TB and the 4TB SSD'S. The 8TB HDD was a gift but I bought the 62TB and the 4TB from Walmart Online for cheap compared to the prices of other drives of their capacities.
Were specifically talking about the old 8TB HDD here.

    @Bostongc

That you have problems with multiple drives indicates that there is, most likely, a common factor.

    1. Update Dell Support Assist - if you haven't already - to the current version v 4.0.3 and run "Scan Hardware". Go to History and check for any reported problem/s.
    2. You may also go to Dell Support site for your PC and perform a full Test to check for any hardware problems, ( It will take approx. 40 minutes)

When was the most recent Windows installation? or in place upgrade repair?

    Some findings:

    a) There were multiple missing V2 log collector files.

    b) Only one day of collected logs (logs started 05/07)

    c) Many I/O drive errors

    d) BSOD (most recent recorded: Thu May 2 23:21:28.870 2024 (UTC - 5:00))

    e) Live Kernel Events

    1) Uninstall all non-Microsoft AV software using the applicable uninstall tool:

[KB146] Uninstallers (removal tools) for common Windows antivirus software

    2) Post a new V2 share link into the newest post

    3) Make sure that disk cleanup and third party cleaning software (Ccleaner, etc.) are not used during the troubleshooting

    4) Run: Gather additional dump files > post a share link

Are they really all external drives?

"62TB SSD"? You mean like this: Solidigm Launches 61.44TB PCIe SSD: Up to 7,000 MB/s | Tom's Hardware
It is not external, it is a PCIE card. Pretty expensive too like $12K.

How are all the drives connected? Are they drives with integrated USB interfaces, or are you using SATA/USB converters, or using ESATA connection?

If they are all using USB connection to your system, I would suspect your USB controller going flaky before all three USB drives going flaky simultaneously.

The drives that have problems are all external USB drives. The drive that failed was the original HDD included when i bought my system.
