First of all we need to see if the drive is MBR or GPT.
I gave you a simple way to check.

    Another way:
Open a CMD window as administrator and type:

    diskpart
    list disk
    exit
On the last column (GPT) does it has a * on it?

If the drive is MBR you can use diskpart to set the partition as active so it boots as Legacy-MBR.
If the drive is GPT you can use diskpart to create a EFI partition so it boots as EFI GPT.

    Just realized something:

If Disk 1 is a CLONE of Disk 0, you will want to remove disk 0 before you try to boot from disk 1 because both disks would currently have the same signature.

This is one reason that I prefer to make a disk image, then restore that that image to another disk rather than to create a direct clone copy. This method avoids ending up with duplicate signatures.

There is no active partition on drive 1 so it won't boot.

Disk 1 is not a CLONE of Disk 0. Macrium doesn't seem to clone, so I just downloaded Ease Us Disk Copy. I thought maybe should first slow format Disk 1, and just clone Disk 0 to Disk 1. I'm glad you mentioned about removing the other HD.

Although maybe i should just wipe Disk 1, repartition it making sure I make the boot partition Active. And try to restore the Macrium image for only the C drive not the recovery partition. Something is clearly wrong with this hidden partition problem.

Any more suggestions on how to move forward on this?

Screenshot in post#1 shows both disks online. So they don't have the same disk sig.

Cloning can mean almost any type of copy nowadays. Most programs that offer clone will only copy used sectors by default and do not copy the disk sig. Unless the user deliberately selects all sector/forensic or whatever the advanced options are called.

Macrium is not great at cloning which is why macrium users often suggest image instead.

Use the right tool for the job.

Did you read my post # 11? Why can't you tell us if the drive is MBR or GPT?
I gave you two options. Witch one you want.

And can tell that Macrium Reflect is the best cloning software on the market and can clone not only the entire drive but also partitions from one or more drives.

All my HD's are MBR, never GPT. I verified this with DISKPART. I thought with Macrium you had to make a disk image first, which would make a really big file for a 400 gig HD and then restore that image to another HD

Macrium is great at cloning although macrium users often suggest image instead.

There you are - corrected it for you.

As drive 1 is MBR, to make it boot able:

Open a CMD window as administrator and type:

    diskpart
    select volume G
    active
    exit
    bcdboot G:\Windows /s G: /f BIOS
    exit

Shut down, detach drive 0 (SATA or power cable), enter BIOS and change the priority boot drive to drive 1

As of now I erased the macrium image off of the !T HD.

Since I'm having this trouble with all the partitions being hidden on Disk 1, I think I'll just totally wipe Disk 1 using another computer with the 1T as a external USB drive and reformat and then repartition it. I can then make the boot partition Active. Put it back in my Q9 computer and run Macrium from the CD and restore the boot partition and not the recovery partition in the 1T HD. Turn off the computer and remove the 400 Gig HD and just run the 1T. How does that sound?
