can not "assign drive letter" within disk management console

    can not "assign drive letter" within disk management console


    Right click on any partition and nothing pops up except "delete".

    Every thing else is greyed out.

    Windows 10, OS Build 1511


    Help if you can, please

    Without the commands of post #5 you will not be able to identify the problem!
