Does your device have the ThinkPad Tablet Setup or Lenovo Vantage apps installed? The former will show you the UEFI BIOS settings; the latter will show you further diagnostics.
If not, consider creating a Lenovo UEFI Diagnostics - Bootable USB, available for Windows 11 (and 10).
Sorry but I don't think I can help any further. You appear resistant to changing anything... but hope this helps...

Please run the V2 log collector and post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

Make sure that links are available without sign in.
The log collector required a name and it is most often used in the BSOD forum.
The V2 log collector will still collect applicable files for troubleshooting when there are no BSOD.
