That suggests that, even in its present state, you may need to install the critical BIOS update (dated 2023-12-01), which is available for Windows 11 from the Lenovo Support site, i.e. update the hardware before clean installing the OS.

IMO you need to sort the foundation before beginning to layer bricks on top.

    Hope this helps...
Naaah, last and only time I updated BIOS I bricked the laptop.
Let me see if holding SHIFT while shuting down would help permanently.

Does your device have the ThinkPad Tablet Setup or Lenovo Vantage apps installed? The former will show you the UEFI BIOS settings; the latter will show you further diagnostics.

If not, consider creating a Lenovo UEFI Diagnostics - Bootable USB, available for Windows 11 (and 10).

Sorry but I don't think I can help any further. You appear resistant to changing anything... but hope this helps...

Yeah, I did ran Vantage HW Diagnostics and it PASSED on all the test, which is awkward, but laptop is not working normally.
Shuting down the laptop make it goes to sleep mode...and rebooting hangs on displaying "restarting".

That suggests that your hardware is fine.

It's not awkward, it's just trying to suggest to you that any issues are more likely with a poor OS install... but I'm not going to repeat myself.

The log collector required a name and it is most often used in the BSOD forum.

The V2 log collector will still collect applicable files for troubleshooting when there are no BSOD.

I missed something. In witch of the previous posts did you mentioned you're running Win 11?
As this is Tenforums we all assumed you were using Win 10.
