keyboard and mouse stop working in windows 10

I formatted the computer with Windows 10, installed the applications I use and finally Kaspersky Total Security, and it found something suspicious and after finishing the scan, my keyboard and mouse no longer worked after restarting the system. it only worked in the bios. Even with the system working, I removed the USB plug from the keyboard and mouse and connected them to the corresponding ports, it said that the device was ready to use, but nothing worked. I solved it by restoring the system. Can anyone tell me what must have happened?

Kaspersky removed something that you needed. Kaspersky is known to make false positives of files you need for your computer.
We strongly suggest you Uninstall Kaspersky with their Removal tool https://support.kaspersky.com/common/uninstall/1464
And use Windows Security (Defender) which is a part of Windows. It works just as well, and it a part of Windows and it's free

I have been using Kaspersky for a long time and have never experienced this, and stopping using it is not part of my plans because it is a more complete security solution than "Microsoft Defender Antivirus" and about the false positives it sounds strange to me because I have never I also had problems with this, but any suggestion is welcome and I thank you for your tips.
