Here are the results from the H2testw software run on the 4TB SSD.
Error writing file 'M:\59.h2w', offset 0x100000.
It is still possible to verify the test data written up to this point.
(The volume for a file has been externally altered so that the opened file is no longer valid. Code 1006)
Warning: Only 3999788 of 3999999 MByte tested.
    Writing speed: 12.6 MByte/s
    H2testw v1.4

I have one comment about this
My system has I/O controllers that end up resetting the port that has reached timeout values while doing a read/write on the disk. This reset disconnects the device so the software thinks it is no longer available after the reset occurs and I get I/O errors in both Victoria and now H2TESTw. Notice where it says "The volume for a file has been externally altered so that the opened file is no longer valid. Code 1006"

@Bostongc, don't waste your time on a drive with a lot issues that you can't trust.

@Megahertz, this is a new drive that was a cheap ssd online. HD Sentinel does not show it's details. So the only thing I can do is scan it to make sure it is the same size that was listed on the add. However, if there is a problem on the surface then my I/O subsystem disconnects the drive making scanning a drives surface impossible.

    Chkdsk scan report:

Windows has scanned the file system and found no problems.
    No further action is required.

    3999999 MB total disk space.
    60838976 KB in 65 files.
    80 KB in 13 indexes.
    0 KB in bad sectors.
191204 KB in use by the system.
65536 KB occupied by the log file.
    3940400 MB available on disk.

4096 bytes in each allocation unit.
1023999999 total allocation units on disk.
1008742434 allocation units available on disk.
Total duration: 66.14 milliseconds (66 ms).

chkdsk only check logical issues on a partition. It doesn't test a whole drive.

    A 2.5" SSD has a writing speed of 350MB/s to 600MB/s. Yours has a writing speed of 12.6 MB/s
You still didn't realize that there here is no 4TB SSD for $29.

Yes i realize there's no SSD that's 4TB for $29. My 8TB HDD costs almost $300 that's $37.50/TB for a HDD and SSD's cost more than that. I have a 2.5" 1TB WD Blue SSD and a M.2 Nvme 1TB SSD is my boot drive. They both cost me upward of $300 each for 1TB SSD so $29 for 4TB SSD is ridiculous.

So what do you recommend I do with the 4TB drive and the 60TB drive? I already have 2 external hard drives that have red x's on them HDS says they have relocated sectors on them. So those drives are empty.
