The printer is a HP OfficeJet 4650 series. This didn't happen before and the printer's firmware has been the same since 2020. Maybe some Windows corruption or update caused it.
the HP OfficeJet 4650 drivers & software are available on the HP support site

are you using the "Basic Drivers" package for the 4650 {in the Driver > Basic Drivers section} or the "Full Webpack" edition found in the "Software-Utility" section?

I tried Basic Drivers at first, then I cleaned all and tried the Full Webpack. Same behaviour with both.

Since the printer is "inside" the PC device, I suspect something fishy with the chipset/usb drivers. I updated the drivers with IOBit a while ago, and now I can't find the original ones. The PC is a mini pc, the ACEPC AK1, and I cannot found the drivers anywhere.

Even if I did, it may not solve the problem, this is just a theory.
