Using Older Device Driver

Since the 20h2 update my Elgato Capture Card has been having issues. Elgato's recommendation was to use an older driver. Windows won't let me install the older driver. In the Advanced System Setting, I check "NO" for the auto download but if I uninstall the driver and restart, Windows just reinstalls the latest one again. The driver rollback option is greyed out, it won't let me do that.

Hi, when you uninstalled the driver did you also select 'Delete driver?'

You can protect the driver from being updated via Windows Updates in various ways - see the Tutorial section.
E.g.
Prevent Windows Update from Updating Specific Device Driver

Try disconnecting the internet, deleting the driver and (probably restarting) and installing the driver you want.
