I have an A52F laptop running Windows 10x64 bit. After switching from Windows 7 x64 to Windows 10x64, I have a rotated image on my laptop camera. I would like to rotate the camera on the laptop but only with Windows 10 drivers. I am not interested in installing other drivers because applications are not working in Windows 10.

As such I assume it is not supported for Win 10 - is that correct?
If so, you have taken responsibility for any incompatibilities that may arise- you're in non-guaranteed territory. Now millions of people presumably run Win 10 on older devices never designed for it. Sure. But some have problems.
I suggest you try using the relevant driver from your manufacturer's web site in place of what Win 10 has provided.
If that works, you will have to protect it from being updated.
I note your comment about wanting a perfect solution based on Win 10 only, but that's a typical approach with such issues.
That's assuming you have no 3rd party programs that might interfere (see article at start).

From another continent, I've only seen the problem with the cameras in cellphones when transferring to a computer. It hasn't been too big a problem in Win10 using Paint/MSPaint or Windows Photo Viewer [I seldom use Photos] to rotate images saved to the computer. Other image editors should do it, even the free ones. Mostly drivers for hardware tell the Operating System how to work with a device, not with the product given.
