A file with the MRIMG file extension is a Macrium Reflect Image file created by the Macrium Reflect backup software for the purpose of storing an exact copy of a hard drive.

If you install Macrium Reflect Free you can mount a Macrium image as a virtual drive and browse it in File Explorer.

If you have Pro then you can use viBoot to boot the image as a Hyper-V virtual machine.
