Printer Folder is empty

My system is member of local network with 5 more windows computers and 9 network printers and plotters.
Also this is a dual boot system with Windows 7 Pro and Windows 10 Pro
Windows 7 work perfect.
Windows 10 worked perfect until few days ago that I tried to print a file to default printer. Saw an error message like "before you can print you have to install a printer"
So I mentioned that Printers Folders was empty ! Even in PC settings / Printers & scanners or Control Panel / Devices & Printers.
Looking for solution I tried to follow these instructions Fix Devices and Printers Folder is Completely Empty in Windows 7
Step 1 was the easy one.
In step 2, I got: “The module C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\ieproxy.dll failed to load. Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for problems withe the binary or dependent .DLL files. The specified module could not be found"
I had to copy ieproxy.dll to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer folder to complete this step .
In step 3 I got an error “cannot import c:\User\pc1\–\msxml6.reg not all data was successfully written to registry. Some keys are open by system or other processes� but I mentioned that all entries were already there.
Also checked that C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS folder was empty

So have you any other idea ?

I have already installed 6 network printers and 3 network plotters to this particular PC and before this issue was able to print to all of them

I was printing to all my printers and plotters and now I cannot because seems that I have no printers installed

I have no Shared Printer. All computers print to any printer directly to their ip address

But now I have a serious problem. I cannot boot to Windows 10. I have a continuous error to cng.sys. Auto repair failed. I've uninstalled last updates but nothing changed. So tomorrow I'll spend my day searching for faulty driver disabling and reenabling one by one into Safe Mode

I don't understand
Now I cannot boot even in Safe Mode.
Take the message "Bad System Config Info"
Tried bootrec/fixmbr, bootrec/fixboot and chkdsk/f/r but nothing changed.
I'm affraid that in place repair is the only solutions
Can anyone give me detailed instructions ?
Remember it's a dual boot system and I use it daily.

You can only perform an in-place upgrade repair as I think you know if you can boot normally.

Perhaps you have a recent disk image you can restore? tenforums members tirelessly recommend its routine use e.g. Macrium Reflect (free-paid).

Otherwise, you might be able to use a system restore point if you have one- you can start system Restore by booting from a Win 10 installation medium via 'Repair your computer' e.g. but I think that would only help with Windows, not the boot configuration.

So this is it
I have no disk image
I have no restore point
I cannot boot in Safe Moe
I cannot boot in normal mode

But I do NOT want to make a clean installation

So what's next step ?
