    Help with Webcam not used before


    I've never used the webcam on my Win 10 before but now I need it for a meeting over the weekend. Are there any explanations anywhere....?

My webcam seems to be on even when the computer is off. It has a ring of white leds around the lens and they have been shining all the time, whether the pc is on or off. How's that possible I wonder?
