Hello, welcome to tenforums.
It depends what you've done.
Where was D: ? On the same physical disk as Windows? A different disk?
A clean install is to unallocated space on the disk and requires the deletion of all partitions created when Windows was installed - not just the one that is 'C:' . Assuming D: was a partition you created, it should still be there - if you didn't delete it yourself.
Please post a full screen screenshot of your partitions using Minitool Partition Wizard or similar (not Disk Management).
To post a screenshot please use the Insert Image icon above your post. Thanks.
By the way, if you've had the DVD some months, it will probably be out of date. If you wanted to install an older build of Windows- fine- but better to download the current build.
What is your Windows build?

Thanks for the post. The drive D was on another drive. Not the same drive as windows.
I'll post a pic when I get home from work.
I believe I have had similar problem before and I was given a file where I should get to my regedit and puch a number in can't remember where.
You might simply need to assign it a drive letter if that's somehow gone missing.
Missing Hard drive after installing Win 10
There was an issue with an older build of Windows where this happened to a number of people, hence my asking about the build. Should D: be an external drive?
Open Disk manger (C:\Windows\System32\diskmgmt.msc) expand the window and the columns so we can read them.
With the snipping toll take a snapshot from the whole window and post the image as an attachment.
Assuming I is an external drive, that's been a commonly experienced issue which can be fixed for a time.
External drives shown twice in File Explorer
A quick search for
why is my external drive shown twice
will give you plenty of results.
[Solved] Drives appear twice in Windows 10 File Explorer navigation pane

Did you note my comment on your DVD, above?
Hello, you can se the winver of the picture a few posts up
Could you say why you're still on 1607? Is that deliberate choice, or is Windows Update not working? Thanks.
