MiniTool Partition Wizard Free Edition - Free download and software reviews - CNET Download.com
As this is thread is same conversation I will post my MiniTool findings. I run MiniTool and see a hidden 16mb SRP. I also have a 499mb recovery partition, a 100MB fat32 partition, and a 465gb C: drive partition. I am unable to Install Win 10 service pack 1809 with the complaint being "We couldn't update the system reserve partition". All on a new Samsung 860 SSD with Win10 installed from the web.
So, looking for careful next steps. Thinking just shrink main C: partition for room and expand the little SRP to the 500MB.
Before I go rooting around MiniTool PW to get it done I wanted to see if there are any other thoughts, guidance(s), that type deal. thanks all!

9) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
chkdsk /r /v
This may take hours to run so plan to run overnight.
Run on all drives using the syntax: chkdsk /r /v C: or chkdsk /r /v D: changing the drive letter to the applicable drive.
C:\Windows\system32>chkdsk /r /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Cannot lock current drive.
Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)
