USB 3.0 ext hd's crazy slow

    yes something is wrong and most probably is what cause you trouble , i suppose try to delete them both then re-install your manufacturer rst driver , if problem persist try to consult your manufacturer customer services or forums .

    It is all fixed now. I did install new drivers for Intel RST as suggested.
