Recently i have updated new version of window 10 but after installing it my audio was not working so i have install driverpack from online but now iam getting some serious problem like my laptop keyboard and mousepad is not working but external keyboard and mouse is working. I need help

To help anyone answering your post can you please complete the specs for your PC (see mine for comparison - click My Computer below my post).
You can see details e.g. from Device Manager; Windows key + R, msinfo32; Speccy, freeware.
A tutorial is available if you need one.
What is your current Windows build?

Sometimes it is necessary to use older drivers, particularly with older PCs.
Please also post a screenshot of your Device Manager.

Using any auto driver utility in a laptop also installs the touchpad driver. This sometimes is not the correct driver for your exact model, so the touchpad (and in rare cases the keyboard) doesn't work. Open Control Panel, go to Programs and Features and look for Synaptics Touchpad (or similar). Uninstall it, restart and you should be fine.
