    WD Elements


    I have a WD Elements but have no idea whether it is a 500mb,1TB, 2TB or what ever. How do I find out please?

    Plug it in. Right click on it in file explorer, left click properties

    If it is not showing in File Explorer you have to assign drive letter is disk management.

    Change and Assign Drive Letter in Windows 10

    WD Elements 10B8 USB Device [Hard drive] (2000.36 GB) -- drive 6, s/n WXP1E74SH7DU Does this mean it's a 2TB one ?

    Yes, 2000GB means the same as 2TB (a TB is 1000GB).
