    Installation Blocked on v1709

I'm having issues installing Network Wifi drivers from Dell Support Page/Intel Drivers.
    Win10 OS version is OK
But for some reason the install is blocked.

Running the Falls Creators Update v1709

Has anyone had these issues before?

I even disabled all security Defender related controls, and still does the same.

I have had Wi-Fi connection issues with that installed (not sure which version) but reliability monitor noted a few failures so I uninstalled it and Wi-Fi problems gone (also turned off sleep, that may have something to do with it as well)

I just installed Intel-18265-8265-7265-3165-WiFi-Driver_6TWH2_WIN_20.10.1.1190_A09.EXE on 1709 without any problems, so it may be something specific to the 8260 driver package.

The installer logs are located in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\Intel®_PROSet_Wireless_Software_*.log

You can look in them to see if there are any error messages that may point to the problem. Or you can post them here for us to look at.

Press the Win key+X choose Device Manager. Are there any devices with yellow flags? Especially under Network Adapters? If your WiFi adapter doesn't have a Yellow Flag, then it does not need a driver.
