    Any app that could set the background system windows and programs?


    Is there any application which could set the background system windows and programs? Just as it is possible to set in the Win 7 (color schemes and windows)?

    - high contrast themes (esp. by Edwin)

    - Qttabbar (free) to customise explorer and control panel colours (and add tabs)
    - simple reg. hack + other support to colour other backgrounds
