Cliff, I am in total awe that you did this for me, that's fantastic. I just thought I'd tell you what I prefer.
I want my Explorer windows to be white, as by default. Nothing fancy. I just like them that way. When applying a theme I don't let Windows to pick the color, instead I select one of the grey tones:
I like this simple combination like for instance here in the Start Menu:
Gray, specially a certain tone(I forget the specs, but I believe 6500k color temperature and neutral gray (RGB 192, 192, 192)) is perfect for viewing pictures and video as it reduces color bleeding which would be perfect for your video editing.

That's cool @Edwin Now, not only Firefox and Thunderbird, can have this warm brownish flat grey look(that I like). I love my FT DeepDark and TT DeepDark, now there is a WT DeepDark, even IE is DeepDark now:
(Although IE is not so usable in HC mode)
