Were can i found the folder were photos that i choice as backgrounds is stored? I only found the web folder under windows, but it only stores the windows original background photos.
Are you looking for photos on the Lock Screen? that you see before the login screen?

I wanted to know were the photos that i added myself as backgrounds are saved. In Windows 8.1 pro you can found them in the roaming folder.
