    List of VIVE Tool functions

This thread (How to Remove the "System" badge/label from underneath Start Menu Apps) shows that the ViVe tool can be used to turn off the System labels for Apps in the Start Menu. Which led me to wonder what other hidden functions the ViVe tool can activate. Is there a well-know list of all of the hidden features that can be activated/deactivated for various windows versions using the ViVe tool?

I am also cross posting in eleven forums as well.

I had a look at ViveTool GUI which pretty much lists them all.

GitHub - PeterStrick/ViVeTool-GUI: Windows Feature Control GUI based on ViVe / ViVeTool

It doesn't seem to list my build though.

Wow, thank you. I had no idea such an application existed. It looks like you choose a target build (not necessarily your current build though) to enable features. There are literally hundreds of features per build, quite overwhelming. Other than disabling the system labels, are there any features that would be useful to enable that were originally targeted for Win10 future builds but went to Win 11? That you would suggest?

    Thanks!

I didn't find any but really I was only looking for the windows backup app.

There are a few listed here but since it's aimed primarily at windows 11 it's not too useful.

    Common Feature IDs . Issue #19 . PeterStrick/ViVeTool-GUI . GitHub

As you can see it depends upon build anyway so finding the correct ID is going to be problematic. You'd probably need some technical wizard to compile a whole list of builds and ID's.

Here's the developer's twitter feed (via third party scraper)

    Albacore (@thebookisclosed) | nitter

    some other enthusiasts feeds:

    Xeno (@XenoPanther) | nitter

    PhantomOcean3 🍂 (@PhantomOfEarth) | nitter

They contain some ID's that were found.

    I got that from here:
