    Slideshow feature not working.

Hello,Slideshow feature not working. What I did so far:In Settings selected personalization >> background, selected slideshow, browsed to the folder (named slideshow) where the pictures are. To test it, selected to change every minute, nothing happened, only the first picture was on the screen.Relocated the pictures folder to C:/Pictures/Slideshow - no change.Copied only 3 pictures into C:/pictures, no change.Tried even a reboot, no change.Any 'tweek' in the registry ? or anything else ?Answers will be appreciatedThanksMotimWindows 10 pro. Check the advanced power options for your power plan. There should be a 'Desktop background settings' section, the options for Slide show are 'available' or 'paused'.

The pictures must be in the Library's Picture Folder.

Hello,Thanks for the answer. It works.I wonder why the option to pause or enable the slideshow, is not in the personalization menu. And I dont know why is it 'paused' in the first place. Thanks againMotim

    Hello,
    Not necessarily.
After fixing as Bree answered, the pictures are in their own folder, on D drive, just browsed to that folder, and it works fine.

    Glad I could help.

I have a laptop, and that does show an option in Personalization to pause the slideshow when on battery. Of course, if you have a desktop you wouldn't have a battery so Windows wouldn't offer that option in Settings. All machines should have it in their power plan though.
