Wallpapers change on reset

So i have 2 different wallpapers on my monitors. 1 on monitor 1 and another on monitor 2. When i reset monitor 2 reverts back to monitor 1's wallpaper so they both have the same one and no idea how to fix it. Using Windows 2H20

Sometimes there is NO rhyme nor reason, this is what keeps us on our toes!

Appreciate the response :) Honestly my GPU drivers had crashed that day too while i was streaming so mayyyybe long shot could have been related to that. With a complete wipe of them and reinstall havent had an issue since and the wallpaper stayed on after that but who knows.
Pretty sure at one point on an older win 10 i did the old control panel one, the one you access via the run box but i think they renamed it to something else in later win 10 versions.
