    I think its more likely in 21H2. That's because that build is a feature update build.

    I'm not a Windows Insider, so I get updates on 20H2.
    I didn't have a way to update in 21H1.

    New Explorer, Notepad and Paint are on the MS Store, Depectrated Snipping Tool, New Icons, others.

    The New explorer is UWP. Included in W10X. Depedctrated Snipping Tool and Ms Paint and Notepad is on here Windows 10 News, others is from YT.

    So does 21H1 include the new Notepad, MS and Snipping built-in to Windows?

    Notepad and Paint are on the Ms store. Same old.
    Snipping tool are depectrated and removed in W10. Replaced by Snip and Sketch.

    Is snip and stretch the same application?

    Does the old Notepad and Paint still exist in Windows 10?
