    What's Something You Change in...

Name something in Windows, or other OS, system or just anything on a computer where you remember vividly thinking, "damn, maybe I shouldn't" or "I Hope I don't regret this" , "Cross fingers". Etc.

I just found out Nvidia and Microsoft bricked my GPU because I had not been aware of PCI passthrough and it's ..... shortcomings in a Virtual Environment.

Which really is the Root source for a lot of my struggles it seems...

Windows be quick to say "There's something IMPORTANT you should read here if you just have a moment to ....." And later u realize maybe that wasn't an AD you just closed instinctually , or come back to haunt later

Other things I regret was force syncing some experiential settings in chrome os, while playing around with Chronos and Termux with apparently the wrong user... every Google service I used for about 2 years was always waiting for new oAuth keys or some stuck , waiting or SIGKILL string I'd never see. 😅

I not sure what you are asking here.
If you feel your Windows is messed up too much a Clean install should allow you to start over.

I suggest you make a system image as soon as questions such as those cross your mind.

Macrium Reflect is often recommended in this forum for making system images. Other utilities are available but this one is so commonplace that you can get plenty of help for it.

Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect - TenForumsTutorials
    Macrium Software Macrium Reflect Free
    Macrium USB - TenForums
Macrium Reflect KnowledgeBase - user guide [version-independent link]

It can also make bootable system images. This facility is called viBoot and it requires Win10 Pro.
    Macrium viBoot - Macrium KB
Macrium viBoot - Create Virtual Machine using Macrium Image - TenForumsTutorials

While you're thinking about backups, consider Backup and Restore Device Drivers - TenForumsTutorials as well.

    All the best,

Agree with all of the above. If you are a habitual tweaker and like to see what kind of digital stew you can cook up, you'd be well advised to get a good backup system going (Macrium as stated above) and use it. Often.
