I've been making hot salsa, spaghetti sauce, and plain canned tomaotes. Had about 3 bushels to get through this past week, and sauce takes forever to make... actually, tomatoes in general are a lot of work, because you have to remove the skins (one way or another), and in sauce, your sieving to get rid of the seeds as well, so a lot of time-consuming steps required.
