Time for me to start my phone odyssey with the insurances. Whee.....

You gotta love the challenges navigating some of those menus. Sometimes it works to just not push anything & wait & eventually you'll get a person, but some places nowadays if you don't push anything they hang up on you.

Tell me about it. I had to go through about 10 minutes of pressing numbers and listening to how important my call was to them before I got through to a real person when I renewed my car insurance yesterday.

I am on Medicare in The US and I do not have any problems like that as well. Yet anyway.
