Same here. Instead after the three count, I have to call a 800 number and be put on hold for at least an hour.
The asked a million questions before they believe its me and they let me back in.

Not at my bank, once I prove its really me, they just unlock it and I'm good to go.
The only time I have to change everything and must go into the bank is if I lose a bank card.
