Instead of not looking at bright screens and hour before going to bed, you can use Night light (Introduced for Insiders and soon for the rest) or program called f.Lux. It will filter bluish part of screen light which prevents body to produce melatonin (sleep hormone).

Other part of being able to sleep well is getting an appropriate dose of bright light during the day.
I tried that and it makes my screen look like well ---Bad. It really does not bother me, I use all dark screens as it is.

It is probably my monitor but I will fool with it again. I also need new glasses and a shot of Jack helps at times..

    Hi Wynona.

TC is always waking me up, so I figured I'd do it to him for a change.

Thought we'd beat the rain, since the last two or three rain predictions didn't happen, but nope, nope, nope . . . Just as we got to Walmart, it started to rain; finished there and went to Captain D's for lunch. Got out of the car, and KABOOM! people coming out jumped out of their skins! Been dripping ever since.

I've been putting up curtains in the living room (six windows and two pretties on the sides of the front door. Of course, those last two should be especially narrow, and long, so some alteration is in order. Sewing stuff was the last thing I needed to unpack, so didn't know where it all was. Sigh . . . After three days of hunting for the sewing machine attachments and bobbins, I finally found them just awhile ago. Now, I can let the hem out on the last two curtains and hang 'em!
