Today, first day after 5 or 6 days I feel I survived, boy, I wasn't sure I'd make it. Some virus had me reeling from full healthy to gasping for air in less than 5 minutes. Every few minutes I was going from shivering cold to full blown in the furnace feeling covered in sweat. Couldn't keep even an Aspirin down. When I was able to get up it felt like an elephant was on my shoulders. It was two days until I managed to dissolve some aspirins in the tea and keep it down.
One of my cats that rarely does that, snuggled up with me purring like crazy and didn't leave me for a minute for few days.

Wow, seriously glad you are on the mend, it sounds like you were overdue to check into the hospital with symptoms like that.

Good cat - she knew you needed help, one facet I absolutely love about animals.

Hospital ? No way, with me it's either back on my feet or under ground !!!

As is well known, Santa lives in Finland close to Russian border, in Lapland beyond Arctic Circle, in a mountain (or rather a fell) called Korvatunturi. From Wikipedia:

Korvatunturi is best known as the home of Father Christmas (or Joulupukki in Finnish). According to Finnish Folklore, this land is the location of Father Christmas’ secret workshop, where toys, trinkets and gifts are made and eventually wrapped by gnomes. Known for their good-natured demeanour and their rôle as guardians of homes, these gnomes are also responsible for analysing weather patterns for the yearly gift-giving trip around the world.
