When my Wifi adapter was plugged into a USB 2.0 I was getting 5MB download speeds, but after plugging it into a 3.0 it's now getting 22MB speeds. :)

I guess this is obvious.. since 3.0 is considerably faster than 2.0. I just thought it was interesting.
