Hi Jim, we got ours too and were very happy, would recommend them to others and maybe get them again next year. They were similar to my husband's homemade crabcakes in flavor, but he uses canned crab meat, in Colorado there's no crabbin' for us, lol. So these were very nice, loved the big chunks of crab in them.
The second time we made them we switched the oven to broil and opened the door earlier, we're high altitude so baking times take longer, @400 degrees we baked 26 min. and open door broil for 12 min. We still have 2 left in the freezer for a handy snack someday.
