Yeah, they are nice but you have to be careful, you hear the occasional story of the guy who drove off a cliff or into a river because the GPS told him to do it.....LOL

trying to combine my directv and att internet bills, cancel my directv protection plan and possibly upgrade my internet service, guy on the phone got at least 4 things wrong, had to correct him everytime and now he is going to call me back in 20 minutes because their billing system is acting screwy.

I WOULD RATHER BE SHOT IN THE HEAD THEN GO THROUGH THIS CRAP!
