Afternoon Charlie.
No, last night was particularly cold for the time of year. But that's what you get when the air comes straight from the Arctic and the skies are clear
That describes a fairly typical British Winter, except there's little if any snow, it's the rain that freezes overnight..... i hate.. i really hate when it goes above freezing and the snow start melting and then if freezes and everything becomes slippery ice everywhere......
It is a bit colder then usual here too.. it is rare to get so much below freezing in November as it is now.. it has happen a few times before, but its rare.. that is often start of December.. But everything has been at least 2weeks early this year...
Yeah we have had a bit of "British winter" the last 8 almost 10 years.. I have not used studded winter tires for the last 4years thanks to the mild winters.. But if it becomes a real winter again, then i will use them, as i have saved them, just in case we get normal winters again. *lol*
Good morning folks its 22° outside this morning, with temps getting into the mid 40's later today.
Hope everyone has a great Sunday.
